Am I Entitled to a Refund?

In the following situations, customers are entitled to a refund of the ticket price and/or associated fees.

Cancelled Trip:

A customer is entitled to a refund if there is a cancellation of a Trip by a driver, regardless of the reason.

Schedule Change/Significant Delay:

A customer is entitled to a refund if there is a significant schedule change and/or significantly delays a taxi and the customer chooses not to travel. YO! -TAXI has not specifically defined what constitutes a “significant delay.” Whether you are entitled to a refund depends on many factors – including the length of the delay and your particular circumstances. YO! -TAXI determines whether you are entitled to a refund following a significant delay on a case-by-case basis.

Unsatisfactory Service:

A customer who willingly takes a YO! -TAXI but has a bad experience with the taxi is not entitled to a refund.
